A full current-state review of your environment: vSphere, Azure, Linux, backups, identity, networking, and time sources as applicable. You receive a written assessment report with findings by system tier, a risk and drift summary with evidence, a recovery evidence checklist, and a prioritized next-step plan with reversible options.

One to two weeks from kickoff to delivered report, depending on the number of environments and locations. Most single-site assessments finish in under 10 business days.

Read-only access to vCenter and/or your Azure tenant. I also need backup platform reports, identity and time-source configuration summaries, and network diagrams if available. No changes are made during the assessment phase.

That is common. The health check gives you an independent, evidence-based view of what your MSP is managing and where gaps exist. Many clients use the report to hold their existing provider accountable or to scope a migration away from one.

You get a written report with findings and prioritized options. If implementation work makes sense, I scope it as a separate fixed-fee engagement. There is no obligation to continue. About 10% of health checks end with a clean bill of health and no follow-up needed.
