Yes. All content, unless otherwise noted, is owned by Generic Service. You may not scrape, reproduce, or resell our methodologies without consent.

Q: Who handles infrastructure damage?

Consulting is an execution partnership. Liability caps and indemnification clauses are strictly codified in our master services agreement prior to an engagement.

I do not believe in implicit obligations or ambiguous deliverables. These terms are designed to be explicitly understood by engineers, not just lawyers.
