Q: Do you offer ongoing retainers or managed services?

No. 90% of engagements end with a clean handoff and documentation your team can actually own. The goal is a team that does not need me after I leave. If you need 24/7 monitoring or helpdesk coverage, that is a different kind of provider.

Q: What is included in an implementation sprint?

A scoped delivery plan with defined outcomes, controlled implementation with validation gates at each checkpoint, and a handoff package including documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and automation scripts. Each sprint is one to two weeks.
